Our Team

Ashley is the director at our SB campus! Ashley started her journey with Next Gen teaching in the preschool classroom and was promoted to Director of our Georgia location. She is continuing to grow with our organization and moved to be the director at our SB school!. She excelled in the classroom and quickly showed she had the ability to be a leader. Ashley studied developmental psychology at Castleton and graduated with her BA. Ashley has been in the field for four years. Most of her experience lies with working with children that have disabilities and with children that have challenging behaviors. She a huge asset to the NG team. Ashley loves nature, getting outdoors, and going on adventures. Her flexibility, knowledge, and love for the outdoors have led her to a leadership role here at Next Generation.

At Next Generation, we are a team. The staff is comprised of licensed and certified teachers that come from various backgrounds in the Early Childhood Education field. Next Generation teachers are enrolled in classes to further their education each semester to maintain their credentials and their Early Childhood Education. Next Generation strives to provide better than state recommended staffing ratios each day; thus, teachers are allowed to truly engage with each child as they discover the world around them. The Next Generation team focuses on providing a curriculum that meets the needs of each child in the classroom as they develop. Next Generation's team of teachers takes pride to meet the needs of each child as they investigate nature-based discovery each day.
