Our Team
At Next Generation, we are a team. The staff is comprised of licensed and certified teachers that come from various backgrounds in the Early Childhood Education field. Next Generation teachers are enrolled in classes to further their education each semester to maintain their credentials and their Early Childhood Education. Next Generation strives to provide better than state recommended staffing ratios each day; thus, teachers are allowed to truly engage with each child as they discover the world around them. The Next Generation team focuses on providing curriculum that meets the needs of each child in the classroom as they develop. Next Generation's team of teachers takes pride to meet the needs of each child as they investigate nature-based discovery each day.
Georgia's Next Generation
Georgia's Next Generation - Our Preschool is located at the end of VT RT 104A. Georgia's Next Generation - Infant/Toddler Center is located on Old Stage Road in Georgia.
The preschool center is undergoing full renovation from an Auto body shop. Watch our progress on social media! The infant location is comprised of a home that was remodeled into the Infant-Toddler Classrooms. In November 2019, GNG was awarded the highest STARS rating of 5 STARS by the Vermont Child Development Division. The GNG campus focuses on investigative nature-based discovery and the outdoor classroom.
Next Generation Northern Campus
Next Generation Northern campus was opened in early January 2020. The school is comprised of three classrooms (Infant-Toddler, Early Preschool, and Preschool). The Northern Campus was awarded 4 STARS by the Vermont Child Development Division only two weeks after opening. The Northern Campus has a large playground area with two outdoor classrooms, a vast green space for picnics and family events, plus the Rail Trail is next to the school offering an opportunity for children to engage in various exploration walks. With so much nature around the campus, the children can investigate nature-based discovery each day.
Next Generation
South Burlington Campus
The South Burlington Campus was opened in April 2021. The school is comprised of four classrooms (Infant, Toddler, Early Preschool, and Preschool). The Campus was awarded 4 STARS by the Vermont Child Development Division. The South Burlington Campus has a large playground area with an outdoor classrooms, a vast green space for picnics and family events, plus the park and trail is next to the school. Children also explore nature in the stream outback. With so much nature around the campus, the children can investigate nature-based discovery each day.
Next Generation Williston Campus
We are conveniently located off from Route 2 in Williston, just past Taft Corners at 135 Talcott Road. The school is currently being renovated from office space to our newest school! With brick floors for the Preschool and Early Preschool classrooms, high ceilings, and schoolhouse windows to let in the natural light. Our Infant Toddler Classrooms will be on the other side of the building that was conference rooms. We are also currently working on the outdoor space that will be our Outdoor Classroom and trails on the property to encourage the natural curiosity of the children. We have earned 4 STARS by the Vermont Child Development Division .
