TT
Sara LeBlanc and Dave LeBlanc founded Next Generation in 2018 with a vision of creating a nature-based, child-centered learning community where children could grow through exploration, play, and meaningful connections.
In 2018, Tatianna LeBlanc—known to most families as TT—joined the program as a team support teacher. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, Assistant Director, Director, and Head of Schools. Through her dedication to children, families, and educators, she became a key leader in shaping the program's growth and culture.
In 2026, TT became the owner of Next Generation. Today, she owns and operates Georgia's Next Generation and Morrisville's Next Generation while also mentoring and supporting the teams at Sensations In Learning and Natural Learners. Her passion remains rooted in creating high-quality early childhood programs where children, families, and educators can thrive together.
